REFUND AND RETURN
1. General Situation
A) There will not be refund or product exchange service after the products are shipped (except for the following cases).
Acceptable refund or exchange
• Any damage or malfunction of the product
• items out of stock
Only accept exchange, no refunds
• Inappropriate size
• The product is not suitable
B) Customers must submit a refund or product exchange request to us by email within 7 days after receiving the products.
Please note: Overdue will not be processed. (Reply within 7 working days)
2. Product Exchange Arrangements
Exchange procedure:
1. When applying for an product exchange, please provide the order number, receipt, contact information, and the fault description of the product attach with the defective photo of the product.
2. All items must be returned to our company before an product exchange can be arranged.
3. The new exchanged item will be sent to the delivery address on the original order; if there is any change, please indicate the new delivery method and address when submitting the product exchange request.
4. The product exchange process may takes 7-10 working days.
Please note: Unless there is product quality problem, all products are allowed exchange only once, and It can be replaced with different sizes of the same items/ other items with the same or higher value than the original items (Need to make up for the price difference).
Please note: The shipping fees of all returned items and our replenishment items are borne by the customer.
3. Refund Arrangements
Refund procedure:
1. When applying for a refund, please provide the order number, receipt, contact information, and the fault description of the product attach with the defective photo of the product.
2. All items must be returned to our company before a refund can be arranged.
3. The refund method will be refunded by the same payment method in the transaction.
4. The refund process may takes 7-10 working days to reach the buyer's account.
4. Refund and Product Exchange Restrictions
• More than 7 days after receiving the items.
• Product damaged or missing parts.
• Packaging damaged.
• The product is stained or has been washed.
• Refund and Product exchange services are not accepted for discounted items.
For any dispute, the decision of Chung Yung Cycle Co. is final.
